These Terms of Service govern your use of offercheck.uk. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.

1. What OfferCheck is

OfferCheck is a tool that analyses patterns from historical UCAS offer data to help you understand how competitive your predicted grades may be for university courses. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to UCAS, the Universities and Colleges Admissions Service, or any UK university.

⚠️ OfferCheck shows statistical patterns from past offer data. It does not predict, guarantee, or influence any university's admissions decision. Results are for informational purposes only and should not be your sole basis for making application decisions.

2. Your account

You must be 13 or older to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating your account. We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Use OfferCheck for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to access another user's account or data
Scrape, copy, or systematically extract data from the site
Use the service in a way that could damage or overload our infrastructure

4. Intellectual property

The offer patterns, data models, and software behind OfferCheck are owned by us. You may use the tool for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or commercialise any part of OfferCheck without our written permission.

5. Disclaimer of warranties

OfferCheck is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any prediction or data shown. University admissions outcomes depend on many factors outside our data, including personal statements, references, interviews, contextual factors, and individual university policies that may change.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by UK law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of or reliance on OfferCheck, including any decisions made regarding university applications. Our total liability to you shall not exceed £50.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

8. Changes to these terms

Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
